Performance Manager

Are you skilled at engaging, influencing, and motivating teams? Do you bring a strong financial background? A local insurance company is seeking an energetic Insurance Performance Manager to drive strategy and provide key insights across the business.

Key Role:

• Partnering with Directors to guide strategic decisions
• Cultivating strong relationships with financial partners and portfolio leads
• Identifying market insights, trends, and emerging risks to inform new product development
• Analysing data to produce insights that support strategic and tactical decisions
• Developing proposition strategies aligned with business goals
• Driving portfolio performance with growth and profitability recommendations

The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, possess commercial acumen, and have excellent data analysis skills. Prior experience in the insurance market is beneficial, but not required.
