Key Duties:
- Assisting with the preparation of the annual financial statements and budget.
- Co-ordinating training for staff, coaching whilst providing support and guidance.
- Managing staff performance and monitoring their progress.
- Reviewing the administration of the team to ensure a high a standard.
- Identifying and implementing process and procedure changes and improvements.
The desirable candidate will have:
- Effective organisational and planning skills.
- Able to develop effective relationships.
- Relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA) or experience in a managerial client accounting role.
- Accounting and technical expertise.
- Proficiency in IT.
