Client Accounts Manager

Do you have excellent people and team management supervisory skills? Our client is looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Accounts Manager, to manage the administration of the team and to provide a high standard and effective client service.

Key Duties:

  • Assisting with the preparation of the annual financial statements and budget.
  • Co-ordinating training for staff, coaching whilst providing support and guidance.
  • Managing staff performance and monitoring their progress.
  • Reviewing the administration of the team to ensure a high a standard.
  • Identifying and implementing process and procedure changes and improvements.

The desirable candidate will have:

  • Effective organisational and planning skills.
  • Able to develop effective relationships.
  • Relevant qualification (ACA, ACCA) or experience in a managerial client accounting role.
  • Accounting and technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in IT.
