Systems Analyst

Do you have innovative problem-solving skills? Our client is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to provide a response service and resolve all system users' end issues, whilst reporting directly to the Head of Information Systems. This role requires a skilled professional who excels in delivering exceptional customer service, and effective communication and is responsible for technology governance activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• In-depth expertise in hardware and software systems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends.
• Hands-on experience in end-user desktop support roles.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of cyber security, Microsoft applications, DLP, and ITIL framework.
